Your Guide To All-Star Weekend 2023 In SLC
The long-awaited NBA All-Star Weekend is back in SLC on it’s 30th anniversary! There are parties and events happening all around the city all weekend long, and we don’t want you to miss a moment of the action! While much of the weekend’s festivities are focused on basketball, there is more than enough live music coming through from some of the biggest and hottest names in the industry including icons like 21 Savage, G-Eazy, Saweetie, Pitbull and more!
From pre-game shows to exclusive after parties, we’ve gathered all the events you’ll want to tune into during the NBA’s annual visit to the 801:
THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 16TH:
What: NBA on TNT American Express Road Show
Where: The Complex
When: 4:30pm
Who: Wiz Khalifa & Chloe Bailey
Hosted by TNT’s Inside the NBA studio team of Ernie Johnson, Charles Barkley, Kenny Smith and Shaquille O’Neal providing live pre-game coverage, beginning at 5pm MT, along with halftime and postgame coverage of the night’s doubleheader from the venue. In addition to the live telecast, the free event will offer fan competitions via the NBA on TNT Arcade, food, drinks, premium giveaways and other interactive games throughout the evening, as well as watch parties for the matchups: Milwaukee Bucks at Chicago Bulls and Los Angeles Clippers at Phoenix Suns.
FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 17TH:
What: Ruffles NBA All-Star Celebrity Game
Where: Jon M Huntsman Center at the University of Utah
When: 4:30pm
Who: 21 Savage, Janelle Monae, Kane Brown, Cordae & More
Famous faces in the music industry will face off in teams led by honorary captains Utah Jazz governor Ryan Smith and NBA great Dwyane Wade. Can your favorite artist hoop?

Where: Salt Palace Convention Center
When: 9:00pm
Who: G-Eazy and Saweetie
Just blocks from Vivint Arena, in the heart of the city, G-Eazy and Saweetie will take the stage!
What: 21 Savage’s Official All-Star Weekend Party
Where: The Union Event Center
When: 9pm
Who: 21 Savage, DJ Drama, & Surprise Special Guests
SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 18TH:
What: NBA Experiences Saturday Night Show
Where: Salt Palace Convention Center
Who: Pitbull
Following the conclusion of the 2023 Slam Dunk Challenge, Mr. Worldwide will take center stage and deliver a must-see show to get you excited for the All Star Game on Sunday!

Who: DJ Diesel (AKA Shaquille O’Neal), DJ Irie, & Surprise Special Guest!
SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 19TH:
What: NBA All-Star Weekend Pre-Game Concert
Where: Salt Palace Convention Center
Who: The Kid LAROI and BIA
Before the All-Star Game kicks off in full force, fans will be treated to a pre-game concert headlined by The Kid LAROI and BIA.
What: NBA All-Star After Party
Where: NBA Champions Club
When: After the final buzzer!
Who: Surprise Guest DJ
The energy will be high and buzzing after all the excitement of the NBA All-Star Game, so why stop it? The NBA All-Star After Party will feature live entertainment throughout the night including a can’t-miss DJ who will be spinning tunes to keep the party going all night. You won’t have to wait in long lines for drinks at this after party! Fans will be able to enjoy an open bar featuring premium alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks crafted by expert mixologists. The After Party will also feature delicious hors d’oeuvres throughout the evening that will keep you fueled and dancing to the beats of the DJ.
