Trey Anastasio Band Adds SLC’s Red Butte Garden To Spring 2022 Tour
Trey Anastasio Band will return to Salt Lake City, UT’s iconic outdoor amphitheater, Red Butte Garden, on May 20th.
The show announcement follows the band’s previously announced Spring tour dates, which includes a pair of shows at Boston, MA’s newest venue Roadrunner on May 7th and 8th. From there, the Phish guitarist will head to the west for a performance at Vail, CO’s Gerald R. Ford Amphitheater before headlining Morrison, CO’s Red Rocks Amphitheatre on May 22nd. As of right now, the band – comprised of drummer Russ Lawton, bassist Dezron Douglas, keyboardist Ray Paczkowski, percussionist Cyro Baptista, trombonist/vocalist Natalie Cressman, multi-instrumentalist James Casey, and longtime TAB trumpeter/vocalist Jennifer Hartswick – will conclude their Spring tour with their performance at SLC’s Red Butte Garden.

Additionally, Anastasio’s new studio album and first-ever solo acoustic album Mercy is due out this Friday, March 11th on all digital platforms. You can also catch the world broadcast premiere of Mercy this Thursday at 4 p.m. MT, hosted by David Fricke on Phish Radio SiriusXM ch.29.
