The Weeknd Postpones ‘After Hours’ Tour To Summer 2022

The Weeknd has once again postponed his After Hours tour to summer 2022.

After being rescheduled to commence in January 2022, the international hip-hop, R&B star is pushing his tour to summer 2022.

“Due to constraints of arenas and the demand for more shows I want to do something bigger and special for you which requires stadiums,” the Weeknd wrote.

The Weeknd was scheduled to perform at Salt Lake City, UT’s Vivint Smart Home Arena on March 1st, 2022. New tour dates will be announced in the coming months, with current ticket being refunded automatically. Ticket holders will be given priority to buy tickets to the new stadium tour dates when they go on sale.

While The Weeknd released After Hours in 2020, he has yet to tour in support of the new album. The singer has shared several new tracks this year being off the road, including “You Right” featuring Doja Cat, “Better Believe” in collaboration with Belly and Young Thug, “Take My Breath,” “Die For It” with Belly and Nas, as well as “Hurricane” with Lil Baby off of Kanye West’s new album Donda.
