Subaru WinterFest Announces 2022 Event Series

Subaru of America, Inc. has announced the return of their micro-event series, Subaru WinterFest.

In partnership with POWDR Adventure Lifestyle Co., this one-of-a-kind annual music and mountain lifestyle tour will showcase the brand’s new Wilderness edition vehicles while gathering music lovers and snow sports aficionados for a weekend snow rager. Subaru audio partner Harman Kardon will host nationally recognized Americana, bluegrass, and indie performances, including Dawes, Twiddle, Trampled by Turtles, The Ghost Of Paul Revere, and more at selected events, as well as gear demos, food and beverages, including s’mores and craft coffee, information and safety workshops, giveaways, and more.

The event series has already kicked off with their first of the year at Vermont’s Killington Mountain Resort earlier this month and will host seven additional events through the remainder of this year’s ski season, including CO’s Eldora Mountain Resort (3/4-6); CO’s Copper Mountain Resort (3/11-13); CA’s Boreal Mountain Resort (3/18-20); UT’s Woodward Park City (3/25-27); UT’s Snowbird Ski Resort (4/1-3); CA’s Sierra At Tahoe (4/9); and OR’s Mt. Bachelor (4/15-17).

Utah’s music and mountain enthusiasts will be able to enjoy two WinterFest events both in proximity to Salt Lake City. Along with all the scheduled programming and workshops, Woodward Park City’s WinterFest will host a live performance by Briston Maroney on March 26th while The Floozies will take reign over the music at Snowbird’s rendition on April 2nd. Additionally, Subaru owners will enjoy VIP treatment and special gifts at each tour stop.

Lastly, Subaru also rolled out a new COVID-friendly touchless QR code system and sweepstakes platform with brand ambassadors on-site to help attendees navigate the technology. Focused on environmentally friendly habits, Subaru designed WinterFest to be an almost entirely waste-free event with Klean Kanteen, TerraCycle and Leave No Trace offering giveaways that help consumers integrate green practices into their lives.
