The weather may be cooling down, but Disco Box just keeps getting hotter. If you haven’t heard yet, Volume is lighting up Main Street each Friday of Open Streets from 8-11pm with a FREE silent-disco dance party in a radically unique display. Two of Salt Lake’s hottest DJs spin simultaneously this Friday, October 6th and you better be ready to throw it back…

Featuring THROWBACK JAMS with DJs Spaz and Bangarang, week 4 of Disco Box is welcoming a new season with open arms. Our past two weeks were action packed with electronic bangers, but a new leaf turns this Friday with fresh R&B and your favorite throwback anthems. 

DJ Spaz brings a special touch to the scene with her community-focused expression. Fostering purposeful creations such as “Spaz & Friends” and “Love Language”, she continuously shows up in her passion to bring people together through sound. Catch her playing often in beloved Salt Lake bars such as Good Grammar and Flanker.

DJ and producer Bangarang stands tall as a force to be reckoned with. Previously hosting U92 – Utah’s leading hip-hop radio station – and voted City Weekly’s Best DJ in Utah, Bangarang is an artist who wears many hats. Find him most prominent in Utah’s nightlife scene, spinning everywhere from Sky SLC, Utah Utes football games and Downstairs Park City.
