Aerosmith, Billie Eilish, Lana Del Rey, More Included On Record Store Day 2021 Black Friday Release

Record Store Day has announced exclusive titles for this year’s RSD Black Friday event on November 26th.

Since its establishment in 2007, Record Store Day has gathered independent record store owners and employees around the world to celebrate and spread the world about the unique culture surrounding the stores and the role they play in their communities. Today, Record Store Day is celebrated on every continent except Antarctica, and cities such as New York City, Los Angeles, Boise, Charleston, Raleigh, and Las Vegas have declared it an official holiday.

While Record Store Day was celebrated earlier this year on June 12th, Record Store Day has expanded its promotions over the years into a series of “drops,” having celebrated again this year on July 17th. Mirroring last year, Black Friday is slated as an additional date to release limited quantities of printed specialty items from vinyls, cassettes, and CDs for the busiest shopping day of the year.
