Shpongle, Emancipator, Opiuo, More To Headline New Three-Day Colorado Music Festival, Color Field
Live Nation has announced a new three-day Colorado music festival billed, Color Field.
Taking place at Denver, CO’s Levitt Pavilion on June 24th-26th, the newly announced festival will boast three days of “colorful” music performances in the mid-summer sun. While the lineup seems to be more electronic focused, the festival also will feature some of today’s best jam and live acts.
Friday, June 24th will see headlining sets by sonic sculptor Shpongle (Simon Posford live) and ethereal producer Emancipator. Also slated to perform on the festival’s opening day is El Ten Eleven, Sub-ID, and Yak Attack. Saturday, June 25th will be headlined by Tycho for a special Dive live set, as well as Washed Out, Poolside, Men I Trust, and Brijean. A closeout on Sunday, June 26th will see a live Opiuo set, as well as funk hip-hop producer Flamingosis, RJD2, Option4, and Dot. While the festival has yet to disclose any further details, the branding of the festival emphasizes vibrant colors, hinting to a bright and lively festival experience.
